Portrait photography since the 1990s
Ever since I started taking photographs at the age of 14, I have been interested in people, their faces and their appearance. Faces are landscapes of emotions, but also "masks" to protect the person - themselves - behind them. The moments in which people are with themselves and sometimes even forget that they are being photographed are important to me.
