„open light in private spaces“ war der Titel der ersten Biennale für Internationale Lichtkunst, die vom 28. März bis 27. Mai im Rahmen der Ruhr.2010 stattgefunden hat. 60 Gastgeber in den Städten Bergkamen, Bönen, Fröndenberg/Ruhr, Hamm, Lünen und Unna stellten ihre Privaträume zur Verfügung, in denen Arbeiten international bekannter Künstler zu sehen waren.

„open light in private spaces“ was the title of the world’s first Biennale for International Light Art that took place from March 28 to Mai 27 in the context of the European Capital of Culture RUHR.2010. 60 inhabitants of the towns and communities of Bergkamen, Bönen, Fröndenberg/Ruhr, Hamm, Lünen and Unna opend their private rooms to the works of internationally renowned artists.
